Friday 8am - 7pm ET Call 734-361-5206 or fill out our Request Form and someone will get back to you. ## How It Works If you are a Blue Cross® Blue Shield® of Michigan (BCBSM) member who is experiencing issues related to your muscles or joints or has a urological condition: 1 2 3 4 Please call us at 734-361-5206 or complete the Request Form. A Care Navigation Team member will contact you to discuss your symptoms over the phone. We develop a custom care plan and work with you to quickly get an appointment with the right specialty provider. Your dedicated Care Team will provide ongoing support to check-in on your progress and more support to help you feel better faster.
